Refund Policy

1. Failed jobs are auto-refunded
Tasks that fail due to AI provider errors or transient network issues are automatically refunded in full. No support ticket required.
2. Subscriptions
Once payment goes live, monthly subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no subscription credits have been consumed.
3. Credit packs
Unused credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Partially-used packs are not refundable.
